Finance and Client Management Tools

QuickBooks Online - Used to record business finances, organize and track business income and expenses, and create reports that I may need with real-time data. Dubsado - Is a client management software, where you can set up automations, scheduling, create forms, invoice your clients and set up work-flows to help your business run more efficiently.

Acuity - This scheduling tool helps to easily schedule client meetings or any planned event. It also helps set availability, so anyone can schedule a meeting without sending emails or making phone calls back and forth. It can be synced with other calendars, and also accept payments from clients.

Google Workspace - Is used to do so much. Send emails, create documents, spreadsheets forms and so much more.

 

 

Social Media and Design Tools

Pinterest - Use this platform to grow your business. Marketing on Pinterest can help you grow your audience, grow your website traffic, sales, and grow an email list. People are on Pinterest to get great ideas and they’re ready to purchase. I use Pinterest to drive traffic back to my website and potentially get interested viewers and businesses looking for a bookkeeper or Pinterest Virtual Assistant.
